Who Are We
Our Journey
Tired of the 9-5, we left our corporate jobs in 2019 in search of a new adventure; travelling North America in our renovated 1997 fifth wheel. After nearly 9,000km Covid-19 changed our plans.
We returned to Canada and in April 2020 began working on The Land. While this was originally supposed to be a place to park the RV while we waited to travel again, we soon fell in love with process of building our own off-grid homestead. Since then, we have been working day in, day out to turn our 10-acre piece of forest land into a functioning homestead to meet our shelter power, water, and food needs.
Meet The Family
Charlie
The oldest of the pack, Charlie has a never ending thirst for adventure and is the life of any party he goes to!
Eddie
Eddie, the middle child, is more nervous and timid, but has really come out of his shell since moving from the city to the forest!
Lily (Squirrel)
The newest addition to our family, Lily has quickly taken the role of “top dog” in this house!
